The Five Stage Process of Ascending to 4th Density Consciousness [UPDATED]

Greetings!

It’s always easier to progress through a complex process if we have understanding of what the process is. To that end, I want to share with you an overview of the stages of the ascension process, without discussion of individual variations in progressing through the process. 

 

There is a lot more to share that I believe will be helpful to those choosing this path. Going forward, I’ll be writing much more in depth info about how I experienced each stage of the ascension process and what I’ve learned in going through ascending. 
 
Without further ado, here you go, a brief outline and description of each of the five stages of the ascension while incarnate process.

First Phase: The Path Towards Ascension

This is a path of preparation. My guess is that if you’re reading this, you already know a lot about this phase: A focus on the spiritual aspect of life; increased interest and awareness about energy, dreams, connecting to a greater part of you and to Source; a focus on healing past wounds; Increased awareness and exploration of your power to create a better life for yourself; Expanding consciousness. It’s a long, winding, multi-year path, requiring much courage and perseverance.

The main tasks one must accomplish in order to ascend to the next level of consciousness are:

1) Resolve at least 51 percent, or more, of your unresolved issues by extracting and integrating the learning, healing, and releasing your emotional bond to past situations/events;

2) Raise your vibration (as a result of learning from, healing, and releasing old emotional issues that do not serve you);

3) Develop awareness and control of your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions; replacing limiting thoughts and beliefs with new ones that serve your highest good;

4) Discover and stand in integrity with who you truly are.

It is the inner work that matters most of all if ascending in the physical is your goal.

Second Phase: Ascending – Descension & Merging of the Higher Soul Self

This is an event of such magnitude and beauty that it’s difficult to describe in words. It begins with an awakening of dormant layers of your DNA. This awakening feels like an explosion in each cell in your body. Over the next 48 hours, the mind slows down to the theta and delta brainwave state of deep meditation. And stays in this state continuously for the next few months. For me it last three months.

During this phase of ascending, a complete energetic restructuring occurs. It’s analogous to installing a new, much higher power, operating system on a computer. Your Higher Soul Self, (not to be confused with your Higher Self), descends into your body and merges in with your consciousness.

The expansion of awareness, understanding and deep knowing that takes place is phenomenal. Your vibration soars and you’re filled with such joy and wonder there are no words. You have access to any information you want in the field. Your inner critic voice, the one who has prattled on non-stop as long as you can remember, departs. It takes much concentrated effort during this phase to do daily tasks like preparing a meal, doing laundry, or driving a car.

With ascension in the physical, you do not leave your body. Nor do you physically transition to another realm or planet. The transition to 4^th density consciousness occurs within you. With your Higher Soul Self firmly rooted and resident within the body, you become whole in who you truly are.

Ascension is an experience of pure heaven. It is akin to completing one life and being reborn as a new person without having died.

Third Phase: Off-Line and return to Alpha & Beta Brain Wave States

In this third phase you return to normal waking brain wave states of alpha and beta brain waves. During this phase you go completely “off-line” so to speak. It’s a transition from total connection to absolute zero connection to your intuition, to higher guidance, or to the field. The transition to normal waking state occurs over a 36 – 48 period. Your Higher Soul Self, now resident in your body, goes silent. All attempts at mediation or connecting fail.

This off-line phase is necessary in order to solidify the energetic restructuring that occurred during the ascension phase. Imagine building a balsa airplane. The framework is pieced together with glue and time is required for the glue to dry and harden before the plane can be finished and fly. So too, the new energetic framework requires time to solidify.

Despite being completely disconnected to all sources of higher awareness or guidance, you quickly become aware that your spiritual wisdom and understanding about everything has expanded immensely. Yet it feels as if you have always had this new higher level of knowledge and understanding.

This phase is really challenging. Going from total connection to none basically sucks. For me, this phase lasted about nine months, and my understanding is that this is at the extreme end of duration.

Forth Phase: Gradual Re-Connection and Clearing

The transition from the third phase into the forth phase is gradual and without a clear demarcation line. In this forth phase you gradually reconnect with your inner knowing. One can meditation again. Those still unresolved issues (remember you only had to resolve 51% in order to reach ascension) begin surfacing to finally resolve, heal and release them.

This forth phase is one of gaining stability and regaining confidence after the unsettling third phase. You might describe it as a time of healing and of getting re-acquainted with your new Self. I experienced this as a six month phase.

Fifth Phase: Learning to Interact from the 4th Density Level with Others

The fifth phase is one of going forward with your life as a 4^th density human in a world full of 3^rd density humans. At this stage you’ll have processed enough about your inner experiences of ascending that you can interact with others and focus on them. In the 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th stages, most of your attention is focused on the immense changes you’re experiencing internally.


[UPDATE 4/2/19] The connection to knowing (claircognizance) that was disconnected during the 3rd stage re-establishes and then deepens and expands, becoming a continuing state of being. 

You become grounded in a way not experienced previously in 3rd density consciousness.  The sense of being incomplete and the yearning to re-connect with a larger, distant part of yourself that we experience in 3rd density vanishes once your Higher Soul Self descends and merges into your consciousness.

I’ve kept this brief in order to give you a clear frame work of understanding. As we go forward, I’ll be writing in more depth about each stage in the process. What I experienced, and observations about what is transpiring in the Earth’s ascension and humanity’s awakening.
